"Liberty" is the newest lithograph of the Texas Capitol by Capitol Artist Ray Spivey and honors the 88th Session of the Texas Legislature. 

​

Erected 1951 by the Boy Scouts of America, the bronze miniature Statue of Liberty stands next to the Supreme Court Building.  It originally stood southwest of the Capitol. 

​

The lithographs are 18" x 24," signed and numbered for $49 each.  Tax and shipping are included.  

​

Ray has painted a commemorative image of the Capitol each session since 1997.
